Defensive Skills/Checking Camp
This camp is most appropriate for House Select to travel level players only. Strong playing experience is a requirement.

An awesome camp for defensemen and the development of “defensive minded” forwards wanting to develop physical confidence/aggressiveness to their game as we work on Checking Skills as well.

Focused attention on positioning, gap control/spacing, shot blocking, one-on-ones, odd man rushes, shooting, and more. The checking portion of the camp will go over the proper technique to receive a check, body positioning, skating for checking, and stick checking.

All checking drills will be age appropriate and FUN!

Goalie Development Camp
This camp focuses on proper goalie positioning, save selection, skating and movement, use of the stick, blocker, and catcher. All goalie levels are welcomed.

Explosive Speed by Wendy Marco
Explosive Speed Camp is under the direction of Wendy Marco, Owner and Head Instructor of Cold Rush Hockey. Gain explosive power and short distance speed through training methods and special equipment unique to the Power Play Hockey School. Off ice core strength, balance, and agility training is run by Emily Morris at Inside Edge, the training facility located inside the Ashburn Ice House. This camp is best suited for the House Select to Travel Level experienced player.

Group A is for Mite/Squirt Players
Group B is for PW/Bantam/Midget Players

Ages: 4-14 years old
