Camp Wright provides Day and Resident camp programs for over 1,475 campers each summer; as a ministry of the Episcopal Diocese of Easton.

Our programs include a variety of experiences and activities to encourage campers’ social, physical, mental and spiritual growth. Camp activities include: boating, team sports, swimming, creative arts, nature exploration, environmental activities, and more. Activities in small and large groups, meal periods, and cabin time all are opportunities for friendship, learning, and fun. Each summer is unique, making each Camp Wright experience a chance for new adventures and discoveries.

Programs are designed to encourage campers to live and to play in an open community where they can explore life on the Chesapeake Bay, discover new aspects of their faith and learn more about themselves and one another.

Individuals of all faiths are welcome and encouraged to join us at Camp Wright.

In 1994, Camp Wright was accredited by the American Camp Association http://www.acacamps.org (ACA). The ACA is a private non-profit educational organization serving camps and camp professionals. The ACA seeks to improve and develop professional practices in the camp industry.

ACA accreditation requires education, self-examination, and peer review. Accredited camps agree to uphold a rigorous code of camp management practices. At least once every three years, a team of camping professionals visits the program to observe the camp’s operation and review its practices. Camp Wright is proud to be an active participant in this process and to have our program meet or exceed ACA standards.
